The entire sewage treatment system is fully integrated inside standard shipping containers, with two standardized cabinet specifications: 20GP General Container and 40HQ High Cube Container. Each container has a rated maximum treatment capacity. When the designed water volume of the project exceeds the capacity of a single cabinet, multiple units shall be arranged in parallel in a modular layout, with each cabinet operating independently and its automatic control system isolated from others.
This equipment adopts a composite process combining Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic (AAO) biochemical nitrogen and phosphorus removal technology with PVDF hollow fiber Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) deep filtration. It can simultaneously remove COD, BOD5, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and suspended solids from water, eliminating the traditional civil secondary sedimentation tank. It features high mud-water separation efficiency and stable effluent with low excess sludge yield. The treated effluent can meet multi-level water control requirements for direct discharge, reclaimed water reuse, green irrigation and toilet flushing in most countries worldwide.
Applicable scenarios include domestic wastewater from residential communities, villages, hotels, tourist facilities, schools, medical and senior care facilities; wastewater generated by oil & gas, mining and construction work camps, industrial parks, commercial complexes, catering, gyms, airports, ports and logistics parks; domestic wastewater from light industry factories, warehouses, new energy plants and livestock farms. It also covers wastewater for offshore islands, offshore platforms, border outposts and remote base stations under special working conditions such as high salinity, variable flow, intermittent discharge and low temperature. Treated effluent can be reused for irrigation, road cleaning, toilet flushing and cooling water replenishment in water-scarce regions.
Most modules are pre-assembled and integrated at our factory. Water and electricity joint commissioning can be carried out prior to shipment. The full system generally consists of:

Rural and Decentralized Domestic Sewage: Suitable for rural villages, agritourism facilities, and bed-and-breakfasts—where centralized treatment facilities are absent—to treat domestic sewage and improve the rural living environment. In remote areas, solar power can be integrated to enable unmanned operation.
Urban and Civilian Centralized Settings: Covers residential communities, hotels, schools, hospitals, and similar facilities to treat centralized domestic sewage. For hospital settings, a dedicated disinfection module can be integrated; treated sewage from residential communities can be reused as reclaimed water.
Small and Medium-Sized Industrial Wastewater: Suitable for industries such as food processing, light industry and textiles, catering, and small-scale chemical manufacturing. It treats low-concentration production wastewater; high-concentration wastewater requires pretreatment.
Environmental Emergency and Temporary Scenarios: Includes emergency treatment following natural disasters, construction sites, temporary treatment during sewage facility maintenance, and wastewater disposal for large-scale temporary events. It can be rapidly deployed and activated.
Special Scenarios: Suitable for ecologically sensitive areas such as tourist attractions and nature reserves, as well as water-scarce regions like islands and remote mining areas. It can also treat wastewater from small-scale livestock and poultry farming to achieve resource recovery.
