The wastewater treatment equipment production workshop at Yuezhong Environmental is equipped with sheet metal forming machinery, including CNC shearing machines, press brakes, rolling machines, and laser cutters.

 

These are complemented by welding stations, sandblasting/shot blasting rust removal machines, and automatic spray coating lines for corrosion protection. The facility also features overhead cranes, forklifts, pressure testing pumps, and testing instruments to facilitate assembly and quality inspection. The entire production process adheres to standardized procedures to ensure the equipment’s structural integrity, corrosion resistance, and consistent effluent quality.
